How It Works!

If you qualify, we will come out to your property and conduct a signal test. This signal test will determine the placement of an antenna mount and an antenna.

We will then inspect your house for a suitable cable route from the antenna to a central location, where we will place a wireless gateway. Before we leave, we will hand you a quote for the install fee and let you know any additional information. If you approve our quote, We will then schedule the install.

When we install our system, we will set everything up and show you how to connect to our gateway. The install fee will be due 7 days after the install. Meanwhile, enjoy one month of our service for free. We want you to be happy with it, so if for any reason you're not satisfied with our service after 30 days, we will refund you the full install fee and remove our equipment. If you decide to keep us, your first monthly payment will be due on the first of every month. Depending on what day your service starts, your first monthly payment maybe more or less due to a prorated charge.

Our customers pre-pay for monthly service. This allows us to be more flexible for our customers. If for whatever reason you will be vacationing for an extended period and don’t want to pay for service, you can skip payment for months at a time. When you’ve returned home you can log on to our website and continue payment to have your service turned back on. There is a $10 reinstatement fee.

We email our customers an invoice every month, 7 days before it’s due. We offer a grace period of 3 days, so that’s 10 days from the time you receive the invoice until payment is due. After the 3 day grace period your service is turned off and our website is the only site available to you. From our website, We allow you to postpone the suspension for 24 hours. This allows our customers to take care of any online banking being necessary to pay for our service. An account reinstatement fee of $10 will be added to your bill for that month only, once your service is turned back on.
